Nqobile Ndlovu, who was previously known for her roles in Muvhango and Uzalo, narrowly escaped death.
This came about after the 25-year-old actor, who plays Khanyo Bhengu on the e.tv telenovela Imbewu: The Seed, had survived a horrific car accident on Monday morning.

According to Ayanda, Nqobile’s older sister, the family was taken aback when they got a call from the guy who had helped them at the scene of the accident.
Ayanda claims that the man informed them that Nqobile had been in a car accident at Umlazi’s Mega City in Durban, KwaZuluNatal (KZN).
According to Ayanda, “We received a call that Nqobile had been involved in a car accident on her way back from a gig in Port Shepstone, KZN,” the accident took place on Nqobile’s way back home. According to the information that was provided to us, Nqobile was attempting to steer clear of an intoxicated individual who was jaywalking at the time that she lost control of the vehicle and it flipped over. We are thankful that she is in a critical condition, but still alive.
Ayanda reported that when she arrived at the scene, Nqobile had already been taken to the Prince Mshiyeni Hospital in an ambulance.
SHe informed us that in addition to her head injuries, she was experiencing pain in other areas of her body. Nqobile was fortunately transported to the hospital by a good Samaritan while she was still unconscious. “We are indebted to the all-powerful Lord for keeping her safe throughout this ordeal,” Ayanda said.
Nqobile had a bit part in Uzalo, but it was cut out of the movie in the end. In addition to that, she has appeared on the show Ingozi on Mzansi Magic.
Michael Pocock, a publicist for The Seed, confirmed to the People’s Paper that the information provided by Imbewu is accurate.
We went to visit her in the hospital, and it seems as though she is making a good recovery.
In the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC1) drama series Ingozi, which was created by Duma Ndlovu, Nqobile played the leading role of Nobuhle Zungu.
She also participated as a member of the choir in the soap opera Uzalo, which was created and produced by Duma Ndlovu for SABC1, as well as in his stage production The Game, which was based in a female prison.
