Pictures Of Gogo Maweni At Her Shrine With A Snake Scares SA Twitter

You can’t really play around with Gogo Maweni, can you?

Gogo Maweni, whose real name is Lee-Ann Makopo, is a celebrity sangoma and shot to stardom on Mzansi Magic’s reality show Izangoma Zodumo, where she features.

At the beginning of the month, Gogo Maweni trended so much as people accused her of witchcraft, which she vehemently denied. They said she “fixed” her baby daddies SK Khoza and Siyabonga Zulu.

Sk Khoza was fired from The Queen while Siyabonga Zulu was sent packing by Mamelodi Sundown Football Club in 2019.

The witchcraft allegations gained traction because Gogo Maweni had said on her Instagram:  “I don’t have baby daddy issues. All issues were settled in my nduma [ancestral hut]. The outcome was to leave them with nothing…if my kids don’t “eat” no one eats – do the math!”

Entertainment blogger Musa Khawula shared pictures of the sangoma and reality star at work in her ancestral hut. The pictures show Gogo Maweni, kneeling in front of her “ancestral” wares, with a snake draped around her neck.
